    Business Strategies

Business strategies and tactics are ways (methods) by which a company attracts and retains customers. In good companies, business strategies and tactics are planned by the leadership and carried out by the sales and workforce. They help differentiate and separate the company from its competitors in the marketplace. In small businesses, business plans and strategy are often informal, meaning they are talked about but no written plan exists. In larger companies, the business plan and business strategies may be formalized (written), but still there can be a disconnect. Meaning the strategies that are planned are not the strategies being delivered.

As a part of CBA's business planning process, we assist a company in determining and evaluating its current sales and operational strategies and tactics. In some companies, it may be necessary to train the managers and sales staff in business strategies.

Whatever the level of advice or support needed, the consultants at CBA are prepared to assist the executives and managers of a company in developing business strategies and tactics.
