    Employee Assessment

Employees are the muscle of a company. Having the right employees in each job is essential to the health of the company and to the future of the company. Since employees can be hired with and without experience and receive very little on-the-job training, we often find a wide range of knowledge and ability within any employee team.

As Business Psychologists, we are more than aware of the impact of every employee on a team. Therefore, we feel it is essential to select the right person for each job and to evaluate his/her performance in that job.

CBA uses employee interviews, surveys, DiSC profiles, and other professional assessment tools to provide a detailed profile of an employee or team. This includes an in-depth appraisal of the person's style, how he or she works with coworkers and customers, strengths, areas for improvement and recommendations for development and coaching.

In CBA's Employee Assessment process, we identify the person's strengths and areas for improvement. We help the person set goals and develop a personal action plan.
