    Management Workshop

In small business, many leaders, managers, and supervisors have considerable on the job experience with very little formal education or training to be a manager. This workshop integrates five chapters from CBA's book Finding The Right Path that focus on basic people management skills:

1. Starting to Manage
2. Influencing Behavior
3. Setting Expectations
4. Supportive Coaching
5. Managing Problems

The workshop is designed for new and first time mangers as well as experienced managers. Participants learn a set of practical steps they can apply to develop and motivate their employees and solve behavior and performance issues. The workshop presents and discusses practical examples that every manager faces and provides easy to use solutions. Participants learned a process they can apply to the management issues and behavior and performance problems they face daily.

All CBA workshops are customized to meet the unique needs of the companies with which we work. Typically, a workshop can be either a half-day event or an all-day session. Workshops are developed for the intended audience, whether executives, managers, or employees. Participants in CBA workshops on leadership and management receive a copy of CBA's book Finding The Right Path: A Guide To Leading and Managing A Title Insurance Company.
