    Performance Metrics

In every business, there are important measures of business health and success. At CBA, we start with five basic financial measures to evaluate the health of a business:
1. Gross Revenue
2. Indirect Expenses (Cost of Sales)
3. Operating Income
4. Direct Expenses (Operating Expenses)
5. Profit

In addition to financial measures, every company has a set of unique operational measures. For example, in a title insurance company the operational measures are:
1. Orders received
2. Policies issued
3. Closings
4. Closed (paid) orders
5. Number of Full Time Employees (FTE)

For 20 years, CBA has been helping business owners implement systems to track financial and operational performance. CBA's Performance Dashboard with Graphs can be used to track, evaluate, and project future performance.

When we work with a company' leaders and managers to develop and implement performance metrics we consider that we are building a system for measuring a company's future success. Our objective is to implement a set of measures by which a company can gauge its performance and plan for its future.
