    Sales Workshop

Targeting new sales opportunities and developing new sales tactics is a critical step in planning for business development. This workshop is designed for Sales managers and Sales staff, but all general managers or employees that engage in sales activities will also benefit. The workshop helps participants understand the differences between marketing and sales approaches and provides a practical sales plan template that can be updated yearly. CBA provides sales plan examples for the audience to review and discuss and describes the key role customer interviewing can provide in gathering valuable information for sales strategies and tactics.

Participants learn how to adapt the CBA sales plan template to meet the needs of their own sales operations and a step by step process to integrate customer interviewing and feedback into their sales planning.
